WORKING PRINCIPLE OF AQUALINE BIOLOGICAL PACKAGE DOMESTIC WASTEWATER SYSTEMS

Primarily, the wastewater is collected in the stabilization tank and the submersible wastewater pump is passed through the basket type fine screen at the entrance of the system. Thus, solid debris such as garbage and cloth are removed from the wastewater. After the screening, the wastewater passing to the sequencing batch reactor is here contacted with activated sludge. In the sequential batch reactor, the organic pollutants contained in the wastewater are converted to CO2 and water with the help of aerobic bacteria. The oxygen and mixing air required for this process are provided by the blower in the unit.

The air supplied from the blower is evenly distributed throughout the tank by rubber diffuser membranes that give fine air bubbles. In the sequential batch reactor, wastewater whose organic pollution is removed by bacterial flocs settles.Treated water is separated from bacterial flocs by sedimentation. While this water is discharged to the receiving body with a submersible type drain pump, it is disinfected by dosing hypochlorite with a dosage pump.
The whole system works completely automatically.

EQUIPMENT QUALITY
It is a package unit that includes all the units (grill, ventilation, disinfection) required in biological treatment systems. Air diffusers used in our units are rubber diffusers of original import origin, membrane type with high oxygen transfer efficiency, non-clogging, high oxygen transfer efficiency, giving a much better quality fine air bubble than its equivalents.
It has a cylindrical type unitary structure whose body is made of 5 mm st.37 steel sheet. 
The inner surfaces in contact with water are protected by two layers of mastic epoxy paint, the exterior surfaces are two layers of mastic epoxy and top coat acrylic polyurethane paint and have a long life.

Our Biological Reinforced Concrete Waste Water Treatment Unit; It has a Sequential Batch Reactor Process, which has become advantageous with the development of technology in the treatment of domestic wastewater and where aeration and sedimentation are carried out in the same reactor.
