AQUALINE BIOLOGICAL REINFORCEMENT WORKING PRINCIPLES OF DOMESTIC WASTE SYSTEMS

The wastewater collected in the wastewater balancing pool is passed through a submerged wastewater pump and a basket type fine grill at the entrance of the system to collect garbage, cloth, etc. it is separated from solid impurities. The wastewater passing through the reactor after the grid is contacted with activated sludge. In a sequential cut reactor, the organic contaminants contained in the wastewater are converted into CO2 and water with the help of aerobic bacteria. The necessary oxygen and mixture air for this is provided by the blower located in the unit.

The air supplied from the blower is evenly distributed to the entire tank with the membrane rubber diffusers giving a fine air bubble. Organic pollution-free wastewaters are left in the sequential cut reactor with the bacteria bubbles in them.
When the purified water separated from the bacterial spoils by leaving the precipitate is discharged by the submersible discharge pump, the hypochlorite is dosed and disinfected by the dosing pump.

The entire system is fully automatic.
The waste sludge which is formed in time in the system and needs to be discarded at certain times is removed from the system by the mobile vehicle (sidecar) or stored in the sludge storage pool.
