Sludge densification is applied to reduce the capacity of sludge dewatering systems following the system. The rate of water in the sludge is reduced to such a degree that the sludge will remain flowable and pumpable. Mechanical belt concentrators are used in instead of conventional gravitational condensation tanks. It can be integrated to belt press units according to the operation needs.
