AQUALINE DEIONIZATION SYSTEMS
Deionization system is removal process of minerals namely cationic and anion ions from water. This process is done via ion changers which are at process and are full with resin. Unity where cationic ions changed called Cationic changer, unity where anion ions changed is called Anion changer. Unity where both resin are found together, means both anionic and cationic ions are removed, called (Mixed Bed).
Raw water passing from ion changer, change cationic charge (Ca, Mg, Na) with H+ ion however, change anionic charges (CI, So4, HC03, Si02) with OH ion fixed to Anion changer resin. OH- and H+ ions given to water as a result of ion changes combine between themselves and form water molecules. Water that is purified from positive and negative charged ions, have high ratio of purification. Resins that got ion loads inside the water reach to saturation level after a while. This means, they do not produce water at desired quality. Renewal of exhausted resins (cleaning of ions they caught) is materialized with regeneration process. During regeneration, anionic resin renew itself with costic and cationic resin with acid..
Quality of drain water at Aqualine Deionization Systems is related to many factors such as; number of tank, raw water quality, ion changing type and amount.
